All of our adult classes are offered for ages 14 and up.
Group courses
Trial course
A 2-hour session, up to 8 participants, equipment non included.

You will learn to climb safely with the guidance of professionals.
This class does not certify you to act as belayer for your climbing partner.

Top Rope
A 3-hour session, up to 4 participants, equipment non included.

This course focuses on learning the basic techniques of Top Rope: belay and autonomy on the climbing structure.
- Monday 06:00 pm to 09:00 pm.
After this course, you will:
- know the equipment,
- master knots and the belay technique,
- master the communication code of Top Rope climbing.
- know the basics of hand and foot grips.

Individual lessons
A private class of 1h30 for one person, equipment non included (rental on-site).

Advanced class
A 3-hour session in a group of 2 to 4 participants, equipment not included (rental on-site).

The ideal course for those who want to perfect their climbing technique. Our instructors work with you to decide on the course content. For example, an introduction to belaying techniques for lead climbing or fall training for belayers and lead climbers.
