Use the right infusion to increase the effects of the sauna

Sauna infusions stimulate the body and mind during a session; they promote general well-being, the body’s resistance and skin irrigation. Because of their beneficial effects, the infusions effectively complement regular steam baths.

Salt peeling in the outdoor area

The salt scrub reduces impurities and irregularities on the skin which regains all its brilliance. Clean skin sweats more easily and rejects toxins better.   

Salt infusion in the indoor sauna at 70°C 

Enjoy a salt infusion, which improves breathing and strengthens the immune system. The daily infusions are posted at the entrance of the Wellness Centre.
