Technician / Engineer (m/f)

Your profile:
- Preferably with experience in one of the following areas: Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
- Holder of a technician or engineering degree
- Proven experience in project planning, as well as in maintenance and renovation works (technical feasibility, tendering, execution, budget control, and final acceptance)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and German; knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an asset
- Organised and autonomous work approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Analytical and synthesis abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CAD software
Your tasks:
- Planning, execution, and management of new construction projects, as well as renovation and refurbishment works within the facility
- Organising, coordinating, and implementing regular building and technical installations maintenance activities
- Organising, supervising, and accepting services provided by subcontractors
- Day-to-day management of administrative, secretarial and billing tasks
- Manage check-in and check-out for hotel guests

Your profile:
- Holder of at least a secondary school diploma (Bac)
- Fluency in all three official languages; good command of English is considered an asset
- Strong writing skills in French and German
- Proficient in common office software tools
- Excellent organisational skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail
- Discreet and respectful of confidentiality
Your tasks:
- Administrative support in HR management:
- Management of employee records (updating information, tracking absences, medical visits, etc.)
- Monitoring of working hours and time tracking
- Preparation of payroll data (on-call allowances, work on Sundays or public holidays, etc.)
- Organisation of training sessions
- Drafting of administrative documents (certificates, letters, etc.)
- Filing and archiving of HR-related documents
- Assistance in the recruitment process (monitoring applications and managing responses)
- Other administrative tasks:
- Drafting emails, meeting minutes, correspondence, etc.
- Management and follow-up of various files related to the CNSC’s activity (e.g. updating statistical reports for the hotel, interim staff tracking, quote requests, order preparation, etc.)
- Conducting research and market analysis
- Occasional replacement at the executive secretariat

- Fluent in 3 official languages
