Power Workout

Our Power Workout is HIIT-based (High Intensity Interval Training) to offer training that alternates high-intensity exercises using only the body weight, and phases of recovery or more moderate exercises.
Muscle building, improvement of physical fitness and reduction of weight are the main effects sought.
