The Coque and its swimming instructors offer swimming lessons, from your first moments in the water to mastering and perfecting swimming techniques. Each course offers several levels of progression, so that everyone can improve at their own pace throughout the year. 

These courses consist of 10 weekly sessions and take place during the following periods:

• January to March _{| registration mid-December}
• April to July _{| registration mid-March}
• September to December _{| registration mid-July}

Each new session is preceded by a priority registration period for participants wishing to extend or continue their learning at a higher level. For more information on registration procedures, please see the courses below.

Baby swimming

From 8 weeks old

Acquiring confidence in the water. The babies learn mobility and ease in the water through different plays and exercises. This experience is based on the reinforcement of the parent-child connection. The lesson is held in a heated pool.

Adult swimming

From 14 years old

From introduction to swimming to mastery of the 3 different swimming styles (breaststroke, crawl, backstroke) at great depths.

Personal Training 

• Adults: Personalized coaching for fast and effective results on targeted objectives: learning and improvement in swimming or other training in an aquatic environment.
  Not available for beginners or intermediate.
  Price: € 87.50/hour

• Children: private session for children aged 5 to 14 of all skill levels. A 30-minute lesson, either solo or in a duo, with a swim instructor to help children learn or improve their swimming skills.
  Price: €44.50 (solo) / €56.50 (duo)
