The Coque and its swimming instructors offer swimming lessons, from your first moments in the water to mastering and perfecting swimming techniques. Each course offers several levels of progression, so that everyone can improve at their own pace throughout the year.
These courses consist of 10 weekly sessions and take place during the following periods:
- January to March | registration mid-December
- April to July | registration mid-March
- September to December | registration mid-July
Each new session is preceded by a priority registration period for participants wishing to extend or continue their learning at a higher level. For more information on registration procedures, please see the courses below.
Baby swimming
From 8 weeks old
Acquiring confidence in the water. The babies learn mobility and ease in the water through different plays and exercises. This experience is based on the reinforcement of the parent-child connection. The lesson is held in a heated pool.

Kids swimming
From 6 years old
From the introduction to swimming to the gold certificate (Luxemburger Schwimmpass).

Adult swimming
From 14 years old
From introduction to swimming to mastery of the 3 different swimming styles (breaststroke, crawl, backstroke) at great depths.
