From January 5, 2026, our sports program will be refreshed to offer you more variety and efficiency in your training.

Fitness classes:

Tuesday: The Group Cycle class from 12:30 to 1:15 PM will evolve into a brand-new Cross Training class. This dynamic session combines cardio, strength, and functional exercises to improve overall fitness, strength, endurance, agility, and coordination.

Wednesday: The Zumba class from 7:30 to 8:15 PM will no longer be offered.

Thursday: Core Training from 6:30 to 7:15 PM will be replaced by Full Body, now scheduled from 6:00 to 6:45 PM. This class targets all major muscle groups for a balanced and effective workout.

Friday: The Group Cycle class from 12:30 to 1:15 PM will be replaced by a Pilates class, ideal for strengthening deep muscles and improving posture, flexibility, and coordination.
These adjustments aim to make our program more varied and motivating.
With the new Cross Training and Full Body classes, discover new training methods and take on fresh challenges starting January 2026.
