Aqua-Jump
Our Aqua-Jump course is based on dynamic exercises performed on a trampoline while immersed in water. Each movement on the aquatic trampoline builds muscular endurance in the upper and lower body.
This activity is also ideal for improving your balance, strengthening your muscles (abdominals, buttocks, legs) and improving your cardiovascular system.
