We would like to inform you that two models of our Coque Kaart will soon become inactive. To ensure the proper functioning of your Coque Kaart, you will most likely need to replace it with the latest version.
If you do not yet have the new version shown below, we invite you to collect your new card free of charge before 31.12.2025:
- At our Info Point stand, located in front of the reception, open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- At the reception desk outside the above opening hours.
If you already have this card, no further action is required.
This change is being implemented as part of the upcoming launch of a new webshop, which will allow you to check your balance, top up your Coque Kaart, and manage your subscriptions — all autonomously.
Please note that these new features are only available with the latest version of the card.
Important Information Regarding the Exchange of Your Coque Kaart
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTCU) :
- An updated photo will be taken in order to issue the new personal card. The photo will be taken on site during the exchange.
- Verification of your personal details — including your date of birth — is mandatory for the issuance of the new card in accordance with our GTCU. An identity document may be requested.
