Outdoor Workout
A complete, dynamic and varied full-body workout in circuit format, designed to develop strength, endurance and mobility.
Programme: functional exercises such as planks, squats and lunges, combined with small equipment (medicine balls, TRX, etc.).
All sessions take place outdoors, in all weather conditions!
Note: participants are asked to bring their own mat.
The meeting point is 5 minutes before the start of the course in front of the Coque entrance (parking side).
Booking grants access to the changing rooms and showers at the Aquatic Center.
