After the great success of the first edition of the “Luxembourg Ladies Tennis Masters” last year, the organizers have released the first details of the 2023 edition.
The tournament, which kicks off on 19 October at Coque, will see the return of the winner of the first edition, Kim Clijsters, the former world number one with 41 individual titles and four Grand Slams in her career. The title holder will be joined by two other world-class players: Daniela Hantuchova, former world number five who was also present at the first edition, and Andrea Petkovic, former world number 9.
The Luxembourg Ladies Tennis Masters 2023 therefore already counts three former top 10 players in its ranks. In addition, another former WTA top 10 player and four former top 50 players are expected to take part in the tournament.
The draw for the tournament will be made on 17 October, and the matches will be played from 19 to 22 October. A total of €110,000 will be at stake and the winner will be entitled to €50,000.
The Coque is looking forward to an exceptional tournament and atmosphere!
