During the summer, our Aquatic Center will be offering two new swimming classes for non-swimming children and adults, with the aim of acquiring natural ease in the water:
Water confidence course
This course is only for children/adults who cannot swim.
It aims to give the participants positive experiences in the water and to get them used to the element of water. The participants will discover the submersion of the body, floating, orientation and basic movements in the water.
> Session of 8 courses for adults and 10 courses for the children of 45minutes each, from 17 to 28 July and from August 29 to September 08, 2023.
Price: 116€ for adults, 145€ for children
Kids Registration ADULT REGISTRATION
A session will also be scheduled from August 29 to September 08, 2023.

"Discover breaststroke for young children" course.
Through games and fun exercises in the water, children are gradually introduced to breaststroke movements.
An accompanying adult is required for each session.
> Sessions of 5 courses of 30 minutes, from Monday 17 to Friday 21 July and Monday 24 to Friday 28 July.
Price: 95€
- Category 3 to 4 and a half years: Children are gradually introduced to breaststroke movements. Through active participation, the parent (or another companion) gains experience to support the child's development.
Class time: 15:15
- Category 4 and a half to 6 years: Children learn the basic breaststroke movements, with particular emphasis on leg technique. The aim of this course is to enable children to move around the pool on their own, in the presence of a parent/companion.
