Core Training Class

Thursday, 6.30 p.m - 7.15 p.m.

Core Training is about power, strength and stabilization. The core muscles create a strong foundation for your body, allowing you to stay upright and stay strong on both feet.

Our course works on strengthening the trunk using special training techniques. Work on problematic muscle areas (ventral and dorsal regions) and firming of the legs and glutes to obtain a refined silhouette.
